RENZ will be displaying several new equipment innovations at IPEX in May 2010, including:

• New Automatic Cover Turner - linked to the Autobind 500HS or other equipment, this device automatically flips the back cover after the binding process and also spins every second book 180 degrees for easy stacking. It can also be linked to shrink wrap tunnels or other boxing equipment. Great time saver aimed at high volume or fast production environments.
  
  
• RENZ AP360 Block to Block Auto Punch. This is a new version of the very successful Autobind 360 Automatic Punch. It takes a collated block from a feeding conveyor belt, separates and punches the block before reassembling it back into the original book block for further processing. This means that complete book blocks exiting a collator could now be fed directly to the punching process.  This is a world first. It also means that a completed, punched book block can be fed into the RENZ Transfer station device which then feeds into an automatic binding system like the RENZ ABL500 or Inline Models.
  
  This new innovation now allows customers to select from a number of automation building blocks to fully automate wire binding production all the way from the collator through, punching, binding, cover turning, stacking and even packing.
